A special Membership meeting has been called for December 16th upstairs at the Fort Frances Curling Club, by Club President, Ron Silver. If you can’t make it but would like your voice heard, let us know and we can provide a proxy vote for the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to amend the bylaws as follows:
The current bylaws read as Article 21. Operations
a. The signing officers of the Club shall be the Treasurer, the President and the Vice-President and any two signatures shall be sufficient.
Proposal
a. The signing officers of the Club shall be the Treasurer, the President, the Vice-President, and one Director and any two signatures shall be sufficient.
